I have been in the Dermatology research lab since July of 2020. Currently, I am studying Bullous pemphigoid autoimmune skin disease mediated by autoantibodies against the BP180 protein.  Prior to my current position, I worked in cancer research for the department of Biological Sciences at the University of Iowa for 17 years.
