I am a 3rd year medical student at the Carver College of Medicine. Originally from Cedar Falls, IA, I came to the University of Iowa for my undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering. I graduated in 2019 and subsequently worked as a research assistant for Dr. Messingham prior to going to medical school. I have been accepted on the Research Distinction Track, under the supervision of Dr. Messingham.  In my free time, I love to play racquetball, bake, and travel, especially to visit family in Montenegro!
